Management needs to be more clear and direct with their employees. This will help them from making mistakes in the long run.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've greatly enjoyed my time working for Rutkin, Oldham and Griffin. The staff is very friendly and approachable and the location couldn't be in a better spot. In my last position, I would spend a long time searching for a parking spot but thankfully this location doesn't have an issue.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only thing I would change about the firm is the clearness in certain tasks. Sometimes management can be a little unclear in what they're asking and be very negative if not being done correctly.
