What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs be more proficient in making sure that if some of the work load is given to subordinates that there are more than enough resources for them to take care of any issue regarding a case or project.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My experience with the firm was decent at best. The staff was fantastic to work with. The pay was excellent and the benefits were very satisfactory.

What did you not like about this institution?
A major flaw of the firm was the high amount of expectations set on associates such as myself and others. Some of the lawyers in superior positions at the firm were too quick to pass off some of the workload to myself and others. The workplace isn't the best for resources when needing assistance.
