Allow for a better work and life balance. Employees have a life outside of their work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff members are very friendly and will support you when you need it. I really enjoyed working here. It was not a pain to come in every day.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work and life balance was not always the greatest. Prepare to spend many hours in the work place. The work wasn't always challenging.
