There needs to be management equipped with people that are willing to take time from their day in order to guide and mentor staff. Also, the firm should focus on helping staff and attorneys advance in their careers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It is an environment that is created with a lack of management guiding staff. The firm takes on several cases. The staff is kind. If you are an attorney finishing law school, then the opportunity to be employed is offered.

What did you not like about this institution?
The environment that lacks help from management makes it difficult to be able to grow in your career. There is no direction and one has to figure out things for themselves.
