What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should hold more events crosspromoting with other firms that deal with different areas of practice. Something like this would be great for revenue.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My superiors here really motivated my fellow attorneys and I to do the best we can for our clients. They also take a proactive approach to making sure our clients feel welcomed and cared for here. Salaries are competitive and resources are great.
What did you not like about this institution?
If there is a flaw here it's that there aren't too many opportunities to network with other firms. I think the lack of networking has somewhat affected the firm when it comes to attracting more clients from other industries.
