What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Listen to your staff about new approaches to things. Hire more women as long as they qualify and stop the discrimination.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is wonderful job security, with a chance to learn multiple areas of law. The compensation is very well given the area of the country this is in.
What did you not like about this institution?
It has massive amounts of stress levels and tends to hire more men than women. The communication is very lacking in ideas to improve the firm.
