What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a restructuring of management. Staff that performs well in their work performance should be compensated fairly. The environment needs a boost in office morale.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm is one of the many respectable law firms in NY. Management is very kind. The staff is friendly.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm doesn't offer many opportunities to grow or advance in career. There is a lack of organization. Staff is sometimes not respected and is overlooked.
