The work load at times can be overwhelming. Turnover at times can be an issue and frustrating. More transparency concerning billable hours, salary, and bonuses would be helpful to reach targets.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Affable and smart attorneys, staff and management. Committed to excellent work product and providing its clients with superior service. Dedicated to attorney personal growth, client development, and personal job satisfaction. Amazing vacation plan and firm events.

What did you not like about this institution?
No negatives to report. The firm does an excellent job at most things, but no one would frown upon receiving a higher salary or a larger bonus.

People may need to get reminded that this is a workplace and drama should be avoided. People should be instructed to report drama when they see it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I feel like I truly belong here after years of moving from place to place. People are treated fairly within reason.

What did you not like about this institution?
Just like a real family drama tends to happen sometimes and it can get out of hand for a while until someone steps in to stop it.
