What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I feel the law firm can have a great workplace and environment if there is a balance. They could also offer assistance to others that seem to be struggling and also offer a way to ease people in to create a friendlier environment and welcoming work place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Development in a quick paced proficient firm, which implies a way to advancement. A culture and environment that feels more like an affectionate privately-run firm where my voice is heard and my work is rewarded.

What did you not like about this institution?
For those that don't prefer being in a quick paced workplace this may not be a solid employer since we have bunches of customers to offer assistance. The firm is kept running with an objective to complete everything speedy which can give up the nature of work.
