What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see this firm be more careful in regards to who they hire fresh out of school. This is a firm filled with people that are very passionate about their career and I do not want to see it get ruined by interns and new attorneys that lack respect.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a lot of senior attorneys at this firm that were very quick to lend me a hand and show me the ropes. These attorneys take their career very seriously and seem to have kept up to date with the modern ways of doing things as well, which really helped me out.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the younger attorneys can be a bit snobby. I have seen a few cases in which one of the newer attorneys really disrespected one of the front desk members but he was quickly handled by one of the team leaders.
