What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep trusting new employees with responsibility and work, but the workload needs to be lightened, asits way too much for someone so fresh out of law school.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here is a great opportunity to gain experience not offered in law school, and I learned quite a bit.Helping those who have been mistreated is a goal of the firm and makes me feel good inside.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is an overload of work at this firm.It is very difficult to invest the necessary time for the path of promotion. New employees are handed a large amount of responsibility on day 1.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
KCNF is a great place to build a career in employment and labor law. The work is fast-paced, interesting, and meaningful.
Attorneys are given as much responsibility as they are prepared to handle, and the firm encourages every attorney to take on opportunities to grow professionally and build a name for themselves in their fields.
The attorneys have a wealth of experience, and the firm fosters a culture where junior attorneys can (and do) approach senior attorneys at any time and receive their full attention and insight.
What did you not like about this institution?
KCNF is a litigation firm, and litigation can be stressful. If you want to pursue a career in labor and employment litigation, however, there isn’t a better place to do it.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
KCNF values Associates’ input about firm management.
