What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The offices are spacious and there is a large workload that sometimes might make you feel overwhelmed. Promotional positions need to be based more onperformance rather than tenure.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A wonderful team to work with that pride themselves on being proficient. The team here is with you from day one and goes out of their way to make you feel as if you are part of a family. There is plenty of work that is categorized so neatly that each member of the team has an outlined task of what to do. If you are stuck, don't hesitate for assistance. It's easy to get the help you need as the team works as a unit, rather than individually. The attorneys here are adamant on teamwork.

What did you not like about this institution?
While a great firm, it is hard to excel up the ranks. Many talented attorneys are constantly trying to self-improve and have been with the firm for years so your promotion might be overlooked. This doesn't detract, however, from a great learning experience to be had here.
