What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see us hire a few more experienced attorneys to help us out on cases. I feel like we have enough room to hire 5 or so attorneys that are willing to call our firm home!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been working at this firm for over 7 years now and I never imagined that I would be happy going to work every day. The attorneys and the staff at this firm are really top notch people that I consider to be my family.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes we end up getting side tracked throughout the day with small talk and the usual chit chat, but when its crunch time we always get the job done.
