People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Great firm, great management.
What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If there’s an area where Eddie could be even more empowered, it would be in cross-office alignment. He has a vision for how the firm can evolve, but at times the autonomy of individual regions slows implementation. Giving him broader executive latitude could reduce friction and accelerate progress across the board.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
What I appreciated most about working with Eddie Raychaudhuri was his leadership philosophy. He makes decisions with precision, but never rushes. He leads meetings with focus, but handles people with calm and gentility. Whether he’s managing conflict or introducing innovation, Eddie builds trust simply by how he shows up. The culture he’s cultivating—particularly in the firm’s larger offices—is one where people feel heard, valued, and aligned. That’s rare in any industry, especially law.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only real challenge I encountered was institutional, not personal. Some departments were understandably slower to adapt to change due to legacy systems and ingrained processes. But even in those moments, Eddie remained patient and diplomatic—never pushing too hard, but always guiding things forward with consistency and respect.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I believe Eckert Seamans would benefit from sharing more of Eddie’s work publicly. Internally, his impact is obvious. Externally, however, it’s not yet visible enough. His contributions to the successful New York merger, the real estate negotiation, and broader operational infrastructure should be shared to reinforce the firm’s progressive identity in the legal space.
Eddie Raychaudhuri is a rare kind of COO—a steady strategist who makes difficult things look easy, and a leader who carries authority without ego. His influence is felt not only in process improvements and business outcomes, but in the tone he sets across the firm. Thoughtful. Effective. And always kind.
What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Eddie Raychaudhuri has completely transformed the way the firm operates. His leadership is intentional, thoughtful, and always several steps ahead. I’ve seen firsthand how he brings out the best in his team while keeping the firm nimble and modern. A rare kind of leader in the legal world."

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Eckert Seamans' COO Eddie Raychadhuri is serial sexual predator
"Eddie" (real name Anupam) Raychadhuri committed multiple sexual assaults and gropings.
Eddie Raychadhuri reaches his hand UNDER female associates' shirt out of nowhere without consent and proceeds to sexually assault. There were witnesses. And this is just a PART of the PATTERN of assaults he has committed. Upon looking into his background, it has been found that he has also climbed in the bed of sleeping females in the middle of the night (they were alone when going to bed thinking it was safe), taking advantage and fondling without consent. He is a serial sexual predator.
His previous employer where he got FIRED from for the same thing stated he was "raised in a barn". His conduct has been inappropriate and there is nothing professional about him.
Lawyers are prohibited from conduct that "prejudicial to the administration of justice" or that "adversely reflects on fitness to practice." Courts and disciplinary committees have consistently held that sexual violence or coercion by an attorney demonstrates a profound lack of integrity and fitness to practice law.
Eddie Raychaudhuri's actions reflect adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer, and failing to dismiss him reflects adversely on the integrity, trustworthiness and fitness as a firm. Eddie Raychaudhuri is a serious liability and a serial perpetrator. Scott didn't do his due diligence, putting everyone in danger letting in this low-value poser and predator and damaging the reputation of the firm by association.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Trust your employees more with their own decisions. If they are the ones that have been working on the file, then they actually might make a better decision than supervisors.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I stayed busy at this firm and I was never bored. The work was very challenging, if not overburdening. There were a variety of projects to get experience from.
What did you not like about this institution?
You are under close supervision and scrutiny working here. The relationship between management and lower attorneys is tense and harsh.
