What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to be more aggressive when dealing with organization. It is their responsibility to keep the firm mandated and not let things run into chaos.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has great pay when first starting out. I was paid well above competition and they even offer benefits and paid bonuses when signing on other employees. The firm is quite large so you never felt overwhelmed and the work load was consistent.

What did you not like about this institution?
One problem with this firm is the management. They are inconsistent with their attention to detail and don't seem organized most days. It gets to be stressful when management can't deal with issues or doesn't want to.
