What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to offer more long term benefits. They simply replace employees who want to be paid more and leave new employees overwhelmed and underappreciated.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm keeps their employees busy. The work load can be a bit much at times but there seems to always be work available for employees looking for it. Management has been shown to work well with employees to ensure ultimate satisfaction not only to them but clients as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
Being replaced at this firm is a constant reminder. Employees are weary of working in this environment because management makes it clear of their future.
