What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd definitely recommend applying to this firm if they have an opening. But it might be more suitable as a stepping stone to a better-paying job in the future.

Unfortunately, sometimes the compensation isn't on par with what other law firms are offering. Comparing the statistics, it appears this firm's average compensation is a bit on the low side.

Offer training courses for secretaries. Keep on growing and expanding.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The offices are renovated and the cafeteria is great. There is a good corporate culture. It has a great reputation.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is not enough appreciation for senior partners. Be prepared to work on weekends.

Take a break now and then, they are understanding and will work with you to balance work/life.

I've been here for 3 years and I've been promoted twice. They have an excellent structure in place for getting advanced.
What did you not like about this institution?
The hours are long and demanding. They compensate well, but you will be exhausted if you take all the work you can.
