What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Something needs to be done to break the barrier between everyone here. Instead of working as a team, it seems that everyone is playing against each other. The work environment is rather uncomfortable.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a lot of competent and intelligent people working here. If you assert yourself, you will be able to absorb a ton of information just by observing and going about your daily routine. Working here will definitely build up your skills.
What did you not like about this institution?
Not the friendliest place I've worked at by far. Some of the people here have complexes and are very rude and gruff. There are those that are friendly and will help, but it's a fast paced firm and it seems everyone hates everyone here.
