Either get rid of the bad apples or force them to put in the work. Make everyone work together and well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think the pay is great and the energy is there. All the workers seem to want to be there.

Not everyone puts in their fair share of work. Sometimes things that need to be changed stay the same.

dont ever work here the most dishonest group ofpeople they are the lowest of the low when it comes to companies and employers

What did you not like about this institution?
these lawyers are the worst money hungry human beings, guardians that take over your loved ones lives, many appointed by "judges"??? Never giving invoices for years. Nasty nasty uncaring unresponsive rip off artists. DO NOT EVER TRUST YOUR ELDERS WITH THESE PEOPLE. ripped my 89 year old mother off for about 1/2 million in under 2 years. Especially avoid Geralynn Falasco, Esq. She should be disbarred and I am working on that.

Geralynn Falasco did nothing to help and made $375 an hour. Useless human being. Neglectful, lazy, unresponsive, can't say enough but AVOID at all costs

nothing nothing lowest of the low nothing to favor with these guys the most awful and deceitful bunch of blood suckers

My advise to the firm management would be to keep up the great work! This is an awesome place to work.

This firm is a great place to work. It has a family atmosphere and everyone gets along well.

What did you not like about this institution?
I do not have any bad things to say. The track record of their employees says it all! Most have been with the firm over 15++ years!

All of the partners have always made me feel comfortable and part of the team. I have never felt uncomfortable speaking to anybody in this firm.

My favorite things about this firm are the work atmosphere and the employees. I consider them as close as family.

I do not have any advice to offer the firm management. I am welcome to speak to management at any time with my concerns and do so when necessary.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The management is fair, generous and always ready and willing to help however they can. It has always seemed like more of a family than a workplace. I enjoy coming to work, which is more than I can say about anywhere else I've ever worked. They offer a very competitive benefit package to the employees and a bonus structure for the attorneys.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay scale is fair but may be lower than what else is out there. For me, this is outweighed by all of the other benefits this office has to offer.
