What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Figure out better ways to spread the workload evenly and allow individuals to work better between themselves to spread that out.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I always feel like I am working around talented individuals that are the best at what they do. That is the best part of it.
What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part has to be that sometimes the workload can be overbearing and be quite more than one individual can handle.
