What did you not like about this institution?
Unless you have ESQ after your name you are treated like feces. Some attorneys will not even speak to you unless you are an attorney. You are expected to make coffee and run grunt errands, including fetching lunch. Office is DARK little lighting and depressing. Pay is garbage. Money flows up - and if you are hired in November - you will be there for nearly 2 years because they hand out raises in August. So you won’t have 1 year of service to rate an increase. Clients are constantly over billed. That motion a partner supposedly drafted? Yeah a research rat associate prepared it. But it’s bill ex or the client at $250 an hour. Sexist firm.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Avoid all partners. They don’t speak to you anyway.
