There needs to be more positions for new hires to aim for. Lessen the workload or create more positions so the workload is not so much.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great work environment. They offer large office spaces with a great team backing the firm. Each team member makes an effort to make sure you feel welcomed and each work load is distributed evenly.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately it is hard to balance life and work while being a member here. Try to find a balance between both of them. It is also hard to find promotional opportunities here.
