What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There need to be more opportunities offered by the firm to the staff to grow in their careers. Expectations should be lowered to produce a less demanding environment.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has created an environment that offers various working hours with many benefits. The staff is kind, and isn't hit with overtime or workon weekends.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is no opportunity of advancement for secretaries. Management is also not completely honest with the staff.
