What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This is a great firm to work for, no matter if you're new to law, or an experienced attorney. You just have to be prepared to put in hard work and long hours here, but at least you will be rewarded for your efforts.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best part of this firm is the environment. It is well managed from top to bottom and the lawyers and staff here are some of the best in the business, making it a real pleasure to come to work every day as well as be proud of your job.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, this is a big firm, so that means long hours. Long hours here can be a little draining at times, but it

Provide more training opportunities and opportunities for lateral movement.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The compensation and benefits are excellent, and the office space is great. It's a large corporate environment that is always busy.
What did you not like about this institution?
Office politics get people ahead here. There is a lack of work-life balance.

People need to be reminded that sometimes work is work and excess socializing for some people will do more harm than good.

Everyone here does their best to keep the work here fun and the enjoy the work that they are doing.
