What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I suggest doing team building events or something and working from the ground up. It is going to be a lot of work but it needs to be done.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
What brought me into here was the amazing pay and benefits. That lure looked amazing and I just couldn't resist it.

What did you not like about this institution?
From day one, and until my last day here, this place was a nightmare. Nobody worked together and the workload was insane.

Even relocated to Florida, the OM is the worst of the worst. And then there is, John Lohr. Beware!

Nothing.

What did you not like about this institution?
Everything.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
John Lohr. For many, many reasons. Just ask his wife!

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Absolutely Nothing!
