What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Encourage the older staff to be energized about the new things to come and try to look at new ways of doing things. They may also require additional training to become current.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It is awell-established firm with a great staff to work with. They are good at what they do and also have good relationships with each other.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the staff that has been there for years is set in their ways and does not like change so they can be negative about anything new.
