Hire more people on and spread the work out a little to keep your employees from getting too exhausted from daily work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You can expect to be paid well for this job and always be able to take long vacations in the summer if you want to.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work is exhausting and long every day and you will just count down the days until the weekend is there.

Go into a different field. Management clearly isn’t your area of strength. Also, you should have never bullied the staff into working overtime.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Decent pay and benefits in a nice office space. Centrally located office within driving distance of many places including Philadelphia and Lancaster.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm was run into the ground by a bipolar firm administrator, incompetent billing department and managing partner who deliberately lied to his staff about many things, including severance, as the firm was closing.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
The managing partner - he lied about the fiscal health of the firm, he lied about severance. Policy application varied depending on his mood that day.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Decent pay and benefits. Most of my coworkers were nice and hard working. Close proximity to the mall and lots of other shopping.
