What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think better communications with the different sectors would help with efficiency when dealing with some cases. Holding more meetingsin different areas of the firm could solve some problems.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a big firm. I meet a lot of people here that work in a variety of areas of the law. The pay, benefits, and amenities at the work place are all pretty good.

What did you not like about this institution?
One of the flaws here is that there is sometimes a lack of connection between some of the attorneys who work at different sectors of the work place. This sometimes causes issues with efficiency when cases concern more than one area of practice.
