What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would increase how long new attorneys are mentored. I think this would improve the quality of the new attorneys. I also think this would decrease the amount of long term monitoring senior attorneys have to do with junior attorneys.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found the environment very laid back to work in. I had cases to work on, but I never was loaded with work, or experienced a breakneck crunch time. The other attorneys are very friendly and helpful. I found the environment to be friendly and welcoming.

What did you not like about this institution?
I found mentoring to be very poor at times. New attorneys were never left without supervision, but I found there wasn't enough close hand in hand mentoring. I think this leads to new attorneys being more reliant on seniors than they should be.
