What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the firm should definitely try to attempt to create an easier avenue for superiors and subordinates to exchange information and ideas with each other.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment is really professional, something people would expect from a successful firm. The pay and benefits are decent as well. The colleagues I work with are also experts in a lot of fields of law.

What did you not like about this institution?
There seems to be a sterile work atmosphere when it comes to how some of the higher ups interact with subordinates. There also doesn't seem to be much focus on networking with superiors on certain projects and cases.
