What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should make sure that more worker reviews are put in place, perhaps quarterly reviews would be a nice place to start. They should also make sure that everyone goes into each case with a level head so that the whole office does not suffer when things start to go awry.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is filled with very experienced attorneys and other staff members that will treat you like family. I also really believe that this firm is going places since we are growing at a slow but steady pace.

What did you not like about this institution?
At times we can get too emotionally involved with our cases which can make things difficult around the office. I also feel as though there should be more frequent worker reviews so that we can get raises on a more frequent basis.
