This firm should consider moving or expanding to another area out of the city. This way travel can be much easier and less stressful.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The training program at this firm is very long but thorough. You spend weeks taking classes and by the end you really have a good grasp on your position. They work with you to make sure you understand your position and they don't micromanage you.

What did you not like about this institution?
The location of this firm is very far from where I live. I don't mind too much, except they're located right in the city and traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. It takes me an extra 30 minutes to get into the firm because of the traffic.
