HR needs to focus on keeping everyone there really top notch and do away with the poor performers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has gotten better over the years and the team focus is really the best I have ever seen; great benefits too.

What did you not like about this institution?
A poor performer can get within the ranks and try to spoil the rest of the team. I think a system to report the bad coworker could be installed within the business system here.
