Continue growing as a firm but be prepared to spend the money necessary to make it work. This means hiring more employees and spending more money to acquire more competent ones when you do.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
For now the firm has a small-firm feel to it. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Senior employees at this firm have a lot of knowledge to share.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is unfortunately understaffed. It might've been adequate several years ago, but not any more. Employees are forced to do work that's typically done by support staff.
