What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Donny Wong & Co is already a very good and excellent firm and thus the only thing I would like to say is I hope the firm keeps up with how it is today because if they do so, this firm is definitely be top on the hierarchy.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Had a wonderful time interning at Donny Wong & Co because the firm really emphasises on the welfare of its employees and hence being an intern there made me really pleased and grateful because I was given a variety of job scopes that I have never thought an intern will learn. With regards to the firm's caliber, Donny Wong & Co has unquestionably maintained a high standard of practice conduct over the years because the employees there are very efficient which gets the job done with ease.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is no one single reason why you should not apply as an intern at this firm because according to my experience at Donny Wong & Co, they will never drown you with unnecessary work. In fact, being an intern there allows you to experience what a normal lawyer does which is to me the utmost importance.

I do not see any reasons why you should avoid Donny because despite being in the firm for such a short period, Donny has never failed to display his intelligence and capability with the law. But to me what makes Donny a really excellent leader is his sense of humour in the sense that he cares about his people more than his own pocket, in order words, he really ensures that his people are well taken care off and even if they have made a mistake, Donny is not someone who would scream at but rather understands their position and forgive them. That being said, Donny is not only an excellent lawyer but also a good leader.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The highlight of this firm is guaranteed to be the people there because personally, working environment is extremely crucial for me and working in Donny Wong & Co has made me comfortable because besides Donny who is very understanding, Kathy, Nicole, Wenn Wenn and Uzma are what makes my entire internship a fun and memorable one because they are extremely friendly and funny. Having said that, I am very grateful that I was being accepted as an intern there and hence I strongly recommend others to apply to this firm too.
