What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think part of the reason why the starting salaries here are kind of flawed is that the firm encourages associates to really take the initiative to move up within the firm. I think this is a good strategy, but it might discourage some from staying with the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A lot of the attorneys here are some of the smartest I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable and are all about helping each other out. The partners communicate well with the subordinates.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits are not the greatest for those who are just starting out here. I have friends who work at the other firms that have received better competitive starting salaries elsewhere.
