In oral argument before the Georgia Supreme Court, Mr. Sirianni was a powerhouse—calm, confident, and razor-sharp. He navigated tough questioning expertly, leaving no doubt as to the merit of our position. Thanks to his advocacy, the Court reversed the lower court’s ruling and remanded the case—clearly persuaded by his reasoning.

Although the Supreme Court ultimately denied review (as they do in most cases), the constitutional litigation strategy that Robert and his team built opened new legal doors for us at the federal appellate level. Their work helped pave the way for additional motions and future litigation, and their advocacy continues to give my case a fighting chance.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
What impressed me most was how thoroughly Brownstone Law approached every part of my Supreme Court petition. Robert and his team drafted an impeccably researched and powerfully written certiorari petition that articulated the constitutional stakes of my case in a clear and compelling way. They drew upon relevant precedent, highlighted splits among the circuit courts, and demonstrated why my case deserved national attention. The level of legal scholarship that went into the petition was on par with what you'd expect from the top appellate firms in the country.

What did you not like about this institution?
Even though the Supreme Court hears only a small fraction of cases, Robert never treated mine as anything less than a priority. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and involved. He made time to answer my questions, explain complex legal issues in plain language, and provide regular updates. That transparency and dedication gave me peace of mind during what could have been an overwhelming and isolating experience.

Please give more feedback to the employees. Keep the communication flow. Create Efficient Systems. Lawyers know all about the importance of documentation when it comes to their legal cases, but they don’t always take the time to keep a record of their internal business practices. Instructions for oft-repeated tasks like filing documents, contacting clients, signing in visitors, and scheduling meetings should be clear and easy to access for everyone on staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The cases are interesting. It focuses on appellate court cases. It is all about appellate cases. You have a lot of flexibility. You will run into a lot of motions you never hear of.

What did you not like about this institution?
You have no feedback from the law firm. You just did your work, submitted it. They did not teach you how to improve, what part of your brief is good or what part is bad. You even did not know whether you have won your case or not.

There is only one boss, as I recall. The people are generally nice. There is no partner to avoid. I think there is no but I have not face-to-face communication with them.

Enjoyable people and great chance to explore new area of the law. Robert Sirianni is smart and a good example, but needs to give more feedback.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Worked on appellate court cases. Interesting cases and lots of work so if people are looking for work this is the place. Pay is good but there is little feedback on how to improve work product. People are nice to work with and lots of potential to do cases across the country.

Nice work environment but there is little criticism when it comes to work and submitted materials. Could us better system to learn to improve.
