What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a great supporting staff for lawyers here. They make the job much easier for everyone and they really deliver when you need them.

What did you not like about this institution?
The office has a very competitive environment in which to work. Lawyers don't always collaborate in the best interest of the case, but more for what's in it for them.

Consider finding a small group of people that can learn skills quickly and have them write documentation for the tools shortly before it is handed off to other people.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everything here is the bleeding edge of what the newest ways to do the work here and all of our tools are always brand new as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can be hard to keep learning new skills for some people as reference material for the skills haven't been documented well yet.
