Hire more support staff to help the paralegals out on the more complicated cases. Lower the amount of hours spent on each case.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Warm and helpful was my first day. The second was follow me or get left behind. Very fast paced environment.

What did you not like about this institution?
If you can't keep up you will be left behind. There is not much time to help out fellow employees.
