What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Continue to grow. There is no need to rush. The firm has a great staff and attorneys, and there will be nothing stopping it from growing into something big in the future.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people here are great; the staff and attorneys are extremely friendly. The firm is on the smaller side, so you really get to know the people you are working with, and it gets to feeling like a cohesive team environment rather than a place to work.
What did you not like about this institution?
Compared to some of the other firms I've worked at, there is less of a variety of clientele as it is a smaller firm. It does meet all the needs of its community, but is just less busy than I was anticipating.
