Keep up the excellent work on morale and workplace environment. Find a way to even out the number cases that people are working with so that there aren't gaps.

A great firm to work for with good office morale and friendly coworkers. There is plenty of room for growth in your career.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes there is a drop off in caseload and the amount of work you have on your plate. Other times you have to put in a lot of overtime.
