The firm needs to take complaints and suggestions more seriously. At times, they give off the impression that they think their firm is already perfect.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you put in the hard work here, you'll be rewarded for it. Your talent and dedication won't go unnoticed. Great place to work if you like being part of a team.
What did you not like about this institution?
It's very busy. There are rarely any opportunities to catch a breather or to put your feet up. Base salaries are not what you'd expect and the work is tedious.
