This firm needs to consider expanding their services to a bigger location. Employees are feeling overwhelmed by the small work space and having a larger area would make them happy.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm does a great job of keeping employees happy and making sure they're taken care of. They offer great startup salaries when you first start at this firm, and offer a good room for growth if you stay with the firm long enough.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only issue I had with this firm was the work space. The location was a little cramped at times and it seems like the firm wants to stay local. I understand wanting to cater to the folks around you, but if they expanded their services more clients would follow.
