What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Talk to support staff on how to be professional and respect others in the workplace. Too much micro managing and control freaks! As a result I was forced to quit and they turned down unemployment for me even though they knew why I quit

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Good pay and benefits. Flexible hours. Parking free. Utilizes good software for computers. Great location with many eating establishments and mall close by.

What did you not like about this institution?
Need to hire new office manager. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Shows favoritism too. Becoming chummy with employees not recommended. It causes issues for other employees.
