What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see more separate divisions put in place so that we all don't get emotionally tied down into the same case. I'd like to see a few people in charge of each case without much or any outside input.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The environment is very friendly and candid, and there is a very large diversity of workers here that are always willing to lend me a hand at a moment

What did you not like about this institution?
Since we are a family at this firm, when things start to work against our favor it seems like we have a bit of a crowd mentality and you can see that we all begin to suffer.
