I feel my voice is heard. The procedures keep the work organized and easy to learn. There are opportunities to grow within the firm, which is encouraged. Making this a career and not just a job. The ability to work from home is a huge perk and being in the office two days a week keeps people connected. Cons Although I enjoy the fast paced environment, I can see it being a con if you do not learn quickly and become easily frustrated. Too many people wanting to be the coach and not enough players which leads to a lack in communication.
