What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Bring back the workplace to the days of a friendlier office. It is horrible having to work in a place with so much anger.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Sills Cummis & Gross offers a good benefits package. I was able to accumulate a few days a month vacation time, which in my opinion isn't bad.
What did you not like about this institution?
The working environment isn't as friendly as it used to be. All jobs have their tense moments, but it seems like every day I'm walking into a hectic, hostile workplace.
