What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the partners should consider evaluating their current health insurance plan and start offering less expensive options for associates who want to save money.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The leadership team here is fantastic. They actually abide by their open door policy and take time out of their day to get to know both the associates and the support staff. It almost feels like a family here.

What did you not like about this institution?
I wish the health insurance here was less expensive. The salary is fine, but having expensive insurance is like taking a pay cut.
