What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I don't really see any problem. All good folks. I would like to see some more seminars in house. I would like to meet more people fro other offices.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners throw you right into the fire. You handle great cases and you learn very quickly. High stress but you really feel like a lawyer. They also pay you good money for bringing in business.
What did you not like about this institution?
You cant slack here. Everyone works hard. But its a fun atmosphere. Some times you work on the weekends depending on what case may go to trial.

The firm represents a diverse range of clients. Attorneys are aggressive and talented. The environment is friendly and professional. The benefits are good too.

The pay could be better than it is. There is not a lot of room for advancement at the firm.

This firm has most of the important things that most people look for from decent pay to sane work hours.

There isn't much room to improve yourself after you are here for a while and you might feel like you will stay the same forever.
