What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I hope that the partners keep making themselves available to associates. It's really nice to know that I can go to any of them if I have questions or concerns.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners here are always very accessible and friendly. They take time out of their day to connect with associates and this really helps to build an environment of trust.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't a lot of upward mobility here, likely due to the small size of the firm. It's not a deal breaker or anything, but it can be frustrating at times.
